  • ELR vs. Door Rate: Your effective labor rate typically runs 92–96% of posted rate after discounts, warranty, and comebacks.

  • Parts projection: Parts revenue averages 80–90% of ELR in most shops. Adjust based on your actual service mix.
  • Techs × Hours: Total productive hours is the foundation. More techs or longer days directly scale potential.
