Two Levers to Pull

  • Increase ARO: Better inspections, advisor training, upselling — lets you hit revenue with fewer cars.
  • Increase car count: Marketing, referral programs, online reviews, retention programs.

Reality Check

  • 6–8 cars/day: Typical for a 3-4 bay shop with good flow.
  • 10–15 cars/day: Larger shops (6+ bays) with strong dispatch and scheduling.
  • Above 15/day: High-volume operations — need excellent systems and multiple advisors.
